Our Mutually Acceptable and Fair Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of goods with a Return Authorization. Items that are returned must include all of the original packaging and tags must still be attached. Returns and exchanges are subject to a 18% handling fee per item that will be deducted from your refund or credit. This fee is based on the amount paid, not the full standard price of the item. No refunds will be given on human hair items, only one exchange for the same item in a different color will be allowed. By adhering to our policy we can ensure the highest quality goods for all of our clients.
When you receive your package:
- Do not cut the tag unless you are going to keep it. Refunds will not be issued if the tag has been removed and we will send it back to you at no extra charge.

We advise that you take a picture of the packaging and wig before you take her out of the box. This makes it easy to remember how nice she looked upon arrival so you can send her back in factory condition.

Always wear a liner for protection when you try on your new wig (mind your manners, let's keep everyone healthy)
- She may not look exactly like her profile pic, but give her a chance (gaze in the mirror for a while together and take some selfies to see if you make a great couple)

Only treat her like she is yours if you are going to keep her (show her the respect she deserves)

Do not wear her outside to run errands or anything else (she’s not ready to meet your friends)

Do not make adjustments such as cutting the fringe (bangs), heat-styling, or applying product (unless you have fallen in love and plan to keep her). Items returned with alterations, odor or scent, or any styling products will be sent back to you at no extra charge along with our Return Quality Report.
If your order has shipped, you will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card or method of payment that you use when placing your order.

FAQ
All returns inspections are final. Inspections are done by trained inspectors and cannot be appealed for any reason.
Accessories, styling products, closeouts, clearance, and special orders are final sale, not returnable. Final sale items are exactly that, final.
Returns and exchanges apply to US domestic clients only. We reserve the right to prohibit clients from our website who alter, wear, misuse, or damage the products and then attempt to return.

It can take up to two weeks to process your return
To receive a refund, you must return the item for inspection. Simply claiming that an item is damaged is not sufficient.
When items are returned, they are inspected very thoroughly and compared to the specifications from the manufacturer, a checklist is completed, and they are logged into our inventory.
We photograph the receipt, opening, and inspection of all returned items and keep these on file for future reference. A Return Quality Report is made for future reference.
If returns are eligible for credit, the amount will be refunded to the method of payment, minus any fees. Store credit cannot be converted to a cash refund.
When purchasing items as part of a Buy One Get One (BOGO) or similar promotion, the promotional discount is based on the lowest priced item. If either item is returned, the return value will be equal to the original purchase price reduced by a prorated discount and any applicable fees.
No refunds will be issued for damaged items. Do not make adjustments such as cutting the fringe (bangs), heat-styling, or applying product. These items will be returned to you at no charge.
This policy is subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to change our policy to ensure the best interest of all parties involved and as we deem appropriate.
